All custom rugs require a 50% deposit upfront to begin production.

Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on size, complexity, and current workload.

You will receive updates throughout the process, as well as tracking information once your custom piece is complete and shipped.

• Returns & Exchanges

Because each rug is handmade and many pieces are one-of-a-kind or personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any orders — ready-to-ship or custom.
